★ Where do you ship from?
I’m based in Aguascalientes, México
★ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please check if your country is available. If I find out that I am unable to send your order, I’ll reach out to you for a refund.
Shipping to EU and UK is currently unavailable
★ When will you ship my order?
Please consider around 1 to 2 weeks for me to prepare and ship your order, unless you purchase a preorder item, then please read my preorder information on the policies section.
★ Does my order include tracking?
All orders include tracked shipping, and the tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped out. All orders use standard shipping method.
★ How long will it take for my order to get to me?
For México, about 1 to 2 weeks. For international orders, from 3 to 8 weeks.
★ I want to add items to my order
Don’t place another order! Please contact me via email so we can work it out without another shipping charge.
★ Can I combine two orders?
Yes, as long as you contact me via email before the first order is shipped.
★ Can I change my address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
★ Attempts to deliver my package to me failed, what happens now?
Your order should be shipped back to me, and I can send it back to you but would require you to pay for the shipping fee.
★ My package still hasn’t arrived!
If the estimated time has passed, please contact your local post office to ask for help. You can also contact me for any help I am able to provide. However, please consider what happens after I hand over your package to the post office is out of my control and I am not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
★ Incorrect order / missing item / damaged item
Please contact me through my email with pictures, details, and your order number and I’ll do my best to help you!
★ Where can I see any updates regarding the store?
I post updates mostly on instagram.

POLICIES & SHIPPING
When buying you agree to all store policies.
Preorders
An item being under a preorder means I don’t have the product on my hands yet, and will only manufacture it after the preorder period is over. Meaning, your package will take longer to get to you.
If your order contains any preorder products, I will ship them along with any non-preorder items once I have the preorder items. If you want them shipped separately, please place them in 2 different orders.
Merch production starts at the end of the preorder period and will take 3-4 weeks to be made and shipped to me.
Product defects
Products may have slight manufacturing defects. Although all products are checked thoroughly before shipping, they may receive a little damage such as scratches in the shipping process.
Product photo colors may vary slightly from the product due to differences in lighting.
Refunds / returns
All sales are final, I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, fees or taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for any delays due to customs. I won’t mark any packages as gifts to lessen VAT.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only valid within 3 days of purchase and while preorders are still running (if you purchased a preorder item). However, I am not able to refund Paypal’s fee.
